About Us

We are Petra and Market – two friends who met twelve years ago during our very first summer job. We were selling perfumes, which gave us our first glimpse into the world of sales... and neither of us had any idea back then that one day we would be building our own brand together.

Since then, we've been connected by a sense of humor, creativity, and a desire to build something of our own that would bring joy to many future brides.

Why Svázáno Láskou was born

In 2024, while Petra was planning her wedding and Markét was helping with her bachelorette party, we both independently realized that the Czech and Slovak markets offered only limited options for beautiful, high-quality, and original wedding accessories. That's when each of us started creating our own designs in Canva and reaching out to local suppliers for custom production. And then, an idea was born:

"What if we created something of our own – with quality, honesty, and love?"

That was the beginning of our shared vision: A place where you can find wedding accessories and gifts that are personal, high-quality, handcrafted, and prepared by two friends who put a piece of themselves into every single detail.

How our first product was born

At Petra's wedding, we noticed a huge gap in the market. The ritual that fascinated us—an alternative to the bouquet toss—existed on international sites like Etsy, but it simply wasn't available in Czechia or Slovakia. And because we believe that wedding moments should be extraordinary, our first product was born:

The Wedding Ribbon Round

A romantic ritual that connects the bride with her closest ones. The bride gradually cuts the ribbons, each held by one of her friends, and the last one symbolically chooses the "future bride." It is modern, delicate, intimate... and above all, full of emotions, with no risk of damaging the bouquet.

How we work

• Markétka is the heart of our creativity – she fine-tunes designs, colors, and aesthetics, selects high-quality materials, creates the products, and packs your orders.
• Peťa takes care of the organization, processes, logistics, and the overall operation of the e-shop—from the website to customer satisfaction.

Together, we are a bit COO, a bit CCO, but most importantly, two enthusiasts who are making their dream come true.

Our Vision

We want to create a comprehensive place for brides and bridesmaids, where you can find high-quality accessories, personalized gifts, and unique rituals that add style, elegance, and emotion to your big day. And that is exactly where our name was born – Svázáno láskou (Tied with Love).

It didn't happen by chance. It is a combination of everything we believe in: that the most beautiful moments in life are held together by the bride, the women close to her, and the love that is between them.

Ribbons are not just decorations.

They are a symbol of bonds, relationships, friendship, and sisterhood. Just as we two have been connected by friendship for twelve years, a wedding ribbon connects a bride with her loved ones in one exceptional moment.
