General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Effective from: February 20, 2026

Language Clause: This English version of the General Terms and Conditions is provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the English and Czech versions, the Czech version shall prevail. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship during purchases in the online store www.svazanolaskou.cz.

2. Introductory Provisions

These GTC govern the mutual rights and obligations between the Seller and the Buyer (consumer). All contractual relationships are concluded in accordance with the legal order of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection. For sales to Slovakia, relationships are governed by the relevant provisions of Act No. 108/2024 Z. z. on Consumer Protection.

3. Order and Conclusion of the Contract

The Buyer places an order through the e-shop interface. By sending the order, the Buyer confirms that they have familiarized themselves with these GTC. The purchase contract is established at the moment the order is confirmed by the Seller via e-mail to the Buyer's address.

4. Prices and Payment Conditions

  • Prices are final (the Seller is a non-VAT payer). The currency for the purchase is the Czech Koruna (Kč/CZK).

  • Payment Methods: Bank transfer or online card payment via the Stripe gateway.

  • For custom production (personalized goods), the production period begins only after the payment has been credited to the Seller's account.

  • In the event of a refund, the amount will be returned using the same method it was received (back to the card via Stripe), unless otherwise agreed.

5. Gift Vouchers

  • Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

  • Redemption: Vouchers can only be used for the purchase of goods, not for shipping costs. The voucher value must be used in a single transaction and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Digital Content: If the voucher is delivered electronically (PDF), the Buyer gives explicit consent to the delivery of digital content before the expiry of the withdrawal period and acknowledges that this terminates their right to withdraw from the contract according to § 1837(l).

6. Delivery Conditions and Shipping

  • Production Time: Custom products (LUXUSNÍ SATÉNOVÝ SNAP-ON for Wedding Bouquet Weaving and PREMIUM DŘEVĚNÉ KOLEČKO for Wedding Bouquet Weaving) are dispatched within 7 business days of payment. Stock items (accessories) are dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • Recommendation: Due to the nature of the products (tied to a specific wedding date), we recommend placing orders at least 14 days prior to the event. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

  • In case of unjustified refusal to accept the goods, the Seller is entitled to compensation for costs associated with the failed delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • EXCEPTION FOR PERSONALIZED GOODS: According to § 1837(d) of the Civil Code, it is not possible to withdraw from a contract for the supply of goods that have been customized to the consumer's wishes. This exception applies to:

    • All LUXUSNÍ SATÉNOVÝ SNAP-ON and PREMIUM DŘEVĚNÉ KOLEČKO products with custom inscriptions, engraving, personalized printing,

    • Ribbons cut to specific lengths at the customer's request,

    • Ribbon sets created to measure (individual combinations of colors and number of ribbons) that are not part of the standard e-shop offer.

  • For non-personalized goods, the return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

8. Claims (Rights from Defective Performance)

The warranty period is 24 months. Claims are made by sending the goods to the Seller's registered office address. The claim form available on the Seller's website can be used. Claims will be processed no later than 30 days.

9. Dispute Resolution

The following authorities are competent for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes:

  • In CZ: Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).

  • In SK: Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia (www.soi.sk).

  • The ODR platform can also be used: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
