Shipping and billing address
E-mail address and telephone number
Payment details (processed securely via the Stripe payment gateway)
Data about your behavior on the website (cookies, IP address – only if you grant consent via the cookie banner)

2. Why do we collect data and on what legal basis?

We process your data for the following purposes:

Contract Fulfillment: Processing your order, delivering goods, and communicating regarding personalization details of the products.
Compliance with Legal Obligations: Accounting and tax agenda (in particular, issuing and archiving invoices).
Legitimate Interest: Protection and documentation of the Controller's legal claims (e.g., in the event of claims or disputes).
Consent: Marketing communications (newsletters), if you have granted active consent for their receipt (e.g., by checking the box in the checkout).

3. Who else has access to the data?

Your data is safe with us, but to provide our services, we use these verified processors:

Carriers: Packeta (Zásilkovna), PPL, Czech Post (we provide data necessary for delivery).
Payment Services: Stripe (ensures secure processing of card payments).
Technical Support: Webnode (provider of the e-commerce platform).

4. How long do we keep the data?

Data for the purposes of contract fulfillment and accounting are kept for 10 years (as required by legal accounting regulations).
Data for marketing purposes are kept until your consent is withdrawn.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

Access your data (information about what data we keep about you).
Rectification or completion of data.
Erasure (the "right to be forgotten"), provided the data is no longer needed for legal purposes.
Restriction of processing or raising an objection against processing.

6. Data Security

We declare that we have taken all necessary technical and organizational measures to secure our customers' personal data. Access to the data is restricted exclusively to the Controller.
