📦 How long does delivery take?

Every set is custom-made — handcrafting and dispatch take up to 7 business days from color confirmation.

Delivery times after dispatch: 

🇨🇿 Czech Republic: 1–2 business days

🇸🇰 Slovakia: 2–3 business days

Total estimated time: 

• To CZ: 5–7 business days

• To SK: 7–10 business days

💡 We recommend ordering at least 14 days before your wedding date so you can have complete peace of mind.

📍 Order Tracking

After dispatch, we will email you a tracking number so you know exactly where your package is.

If the pickup deadline is approaching and the package is still waiting, we'll reach out to you — we'll sort it out together! 🙂

Production begins once payment is credited to our account — if fast delivery matters to you, we recommend paying by card. Bank transfers add 1–2 extra days for payment processing. 🤍

🧾 Invoice

Your invoice will be emailed to you in PDF format along with the shipping confirmation.

🎁 Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are delivered electronically — we'll email you a beautiful gift PDF with a unique code within 24 hours(we usually manage to send it the same day! 🙂).

• Valid for any product in our e-shop.

• Does not apply to shipping fees.

• Validity: 12 months from purchase.

💡 When ordering a gift voucher, choose the "No Shipping" delivery option — your voucher will arrive via email only, so no physical package will be shipped.
